The Golden Roller – Competition for the best apple pie!
The Maison du Pressoir was built in 1806 to press apples for the production of cider. The apple has been part of Quebec’s food history since New France. To celebrate it, we invite you to participate in a contest for the best apple pie : “The Golden Roller”. Do you have a recipe of your own or from your family? Come and participate in this apple pie battle!

Registration to participate as a jury or as a baker is upon reservation. Limited seats.
