This activity, organized by the Laboratoire d’histoire et de patrimoine de Montréal, is an opportunity to experience the Lachine Canal in a different way. During an on-site presentation, participants will be able to discover a new interactive digital map and explore the many-layered history of the canal where it meets the port of Montreal. Two people who developed this tool will be leading the visit.
This activity will be presented by Alain Gelly of Parks Canada and Joanne Burgess, Laboratoire d’histoire et de patrimoine de Montréal of UQAM.
Following registration, participants will receive a link to download the interactive map.
